All Hail Josh! from Grow Interactive on Vimeo.
[via the Grow blog] — On our Thank You Begins With A T site, developer Josh drew a marker and an envelope. Astute visitors pieced together that they could draw on Josh and e-mail him copies of their creations. Thousands of drawings flooded Josh’s inbox, and the rest of our team followed along with an RSS feed. Many of the drawings were too good to keep to ourselves, so we’re happy to share this compilation of our favorites.

We (Grow) finished up a website for K-Y’s new product “Intense” months and months ago, but it was just launched. I’m not sure what the hold up was, but I’m glad it’s finally up for the world to see! It was worth the wait ;]
I’m not going to lie, when we first got this project there were endless sex jokes going around the office, and we even got free samples of the product (wink, wink). Overall, I’m super happy with the way the site turned out. The design is fantastic (go Matt!), and the site is scattered with plenty of fun surprises. Be sure to head over to the “Reaction Room” and “Arousal Lab” to see what you can uncover!
Here’s the deal — the economy is still in the pooper, but guess what?! We’re hiring! We’re looking for the following talented people to join our team:
- Flash Developer
- 3D Artist
- Developer (back-end, front-end, and preferably iPhone)

Sure, it’s no New York or LA, but Norfolk is a great little metropolitan area with a blooming arts and entertainment scene, and where there are tons of options for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Virginia Beach is right around the corner, too, so it’s easy to spend your weekends kayaking, swimming and surfing.
Two more things you should know: We have a few resident dogs, and we will crush you in ping-pong.
You should work here.
That pretty much sums it up! I love working here, so I bet you would too! Therefore, if you’re qualified and want to apply, please do! And don’t forget to say I sent you ;]

The website we’ve been slaving over has finally launched, and I am SUPER excited to share it with everyone! It’s awesome to be a part of something so huge — If you go to the You On Tomorrow section, you can add your message to a feed that’s going to the teleprompters in Time Square today!
On Wednesday, the entire office went to Jillian’s to celebrate a project we [sort of] just wrapped up. It was good times! Collectively we won 7,750 tickets and took home some sweet prizes. Thanks for treating us Drew!
